دسـتـگـاه پـوسـتـکـن اتـومـات ، بعـد از ورود بـار بـه مخـزن پـوستکن سنسور فرمان بـه دو جـک صـادر مـی کـند یـکـی کشـو ورودی بار را باز و دیگری لاستیک ها را درگیر مـی نمـایـد تـا بـدیـنـوسیـلـه میـزان خـوردگـی لـاسـتیـک را کاهش دهد که همین امر مـوجـب کـاهـش مـیـزان خـرده بـرنـج نـیـز خـواهـد شـد . از پوستکن جهت جداسازی پوسته اولیه شلتوک از دانه های قهوه ای استفاده می گردد و جهت انجام این عمل از دو لاستیک با دور متفاوت استفاده می شود . سـیستـم به صـورتی طـراحی شده که در صورت معیوب شدن .هـر قـطـعـه الـکـتـریـکـی بـتـوان بـصـورت دسـتـی از دستـگـاه اسـتـفـاده نـمـود.

Automatic Pneumatic Paddy Husker (Dehuller) The Automatic Pneumatic Paddy Husker is one of the most critical machines in modern rice milling lines. It is designed to efficiently remove the outer husk (hull) from the paddy to produce high-quality brown rice. This de-husking process is achieved by passing the paddy between two rubber rolls rotating at differential speeds. Smart Automation & Intelligent Operation: The machine is equipped with advanced level sensors in the feed hopper. As soon as paddy enters the hopper, a simultaneous signal is sent to two pneumatic cylinders: the first cylinder opens the feed gate (slide gate), while the second engages the rubber rolls under precisely controlled pressure. Paddy & Grain Destoner
The Destoner is engineered and manufactured in multiple models with working widths of 80, 100, 125, 150, and 200 cm. Its primary function is the precise separation of heavy, same-size impurities—such as stones, pebbles, metallic particles, and soil clods—from paddy, brown/white rice, and other grains. Operating Principle: The separation process relies on the difference in specific gravity (bulk density) between the grain and heavy foreign materials. By combining the multidirectional oscillation of the patterned screen deck with an upward air stream (fluidized bed principle), lighter grains are fluidly suspended on an air cushion and conveyed toward the clean product discharge. Simultaneously, denser stones and heavy contaminants remain in contact with the screen mesh and are propelled upward in the opposite direction toward the reject outlet. بوجار برنج دستگاهی با ساختاری از نوع سیم های قطور آویزان اسـت کـه از تـفـاوت قطر بـرنـج بـه طـور مداوم از طریـق توری های چهار طبق با استفاده از دَوران ، برنج شکسته بـزرگ و کـوچک استـفاده مـی کنـد تا فراسازی انجام گردد . از این دستگاه جهت جـداسـازی نیـم دانـه از برنـج کـامل و رسیـدن به یـک محصـول یکدست و بـدون شـکست اسـتفاده مـی گردد . همچـنین دسـتگاه دارای مکانیزم لنگ قابل تنظیم است کـه می توان سرعت آن را کم و زیاد نمود و کیفیت بوجار را تـعیـین کـرد هرچه سـرعت کـمتر گـردد زمان بـوجار بیشتر و در نتیجه کیفیت خروجی یکدست تر خواهد شد.

این دستگاه دارای مدل های 150-125-100-80 - 200 (عرض توری) می باشد و کار آن اساسا جداسازی نا خالصی های سنگین تر از دانه های شلتوک می باشد مـاننـد دانـه هـای سنگ ریزه و مانند آن ، اسـاسـا کار این دستگاه تفاوت چگالی بین دانه هـا و سـنگ ریـزه هـایی کـه سایز یکسان و یا غیر یکسان بـا دانـه دارند می باشد و تحت تاثیر فشار هوای دمنده که به صورت سر بالا درون مواد اولیه وارد می گردد و توری مشبک تاج دار دانـه هـا و سـنـگ هـا را در مـسیـر مـتـفـاوت سـوق داده و طـبـقه بـنـدی مـی نـمایـد.
سپراتور ( جداکننده)
از سپراتور جهت جداسازی برنج قهوه ای از شلتوک و پوسته استفاده می گردد و برنج قهوه ای به سفیدکن با بالابر و شلتوک به پوستکن مجدد بر می گردد. دسـتـگـاه اتـومـات دارای ظـرفـیـتـی بـه مـراتـب بـالـاتـر و کـاربـری راحـت تـر مـی بـاشـد . ایـن دسـتـگـاه نـوع تـوری آن مـتفـاوت و همچنین تـعـداد طـبـقـات آن زیـادتـر مـی بـاشــد و مـکـانـیـزم تـنـظـیـم لـنـگ در ایـن مدل بـسـیـار سـاده بـوده و تـوسـط یـک اهـرم بـه سـادگـی انـجـام مـی پـذیـرد و در صـورت خـالی شـدن شـالـی و بـرنـج قـهـوه ای از سـطـح پـادیه بصورت اتومات .خـامـوش مـیـگـردد و اپـراتـوری آن سـاده تـر اسـت .
